About RIDER Residential
RIDER Residential is a family-owned and operated LLC, that has been serving homeowners and vacation home rentals in the Coachella Valley since 2007 and in Mammoth Lakes since 2020.
The idea for RIDER Residential came about when Owner, Shana Rider, opened a community newsletter to a neighboring country club in her (at the time) new hometown of Palm Desert, CA. The newsletter led her to note how many primary and secondary homeowners could benefit from a reliable home watch service in the area. Thus, RIDER Residential began its operations in 2007.

Shana Rider was born and raised in the beach cities of Los Angeles County. Her passion for helping others and working with numbers led her to an early career in sales. In 2007, Shana moved to the Coachella Valley and began operating a home watch business under the name RIDER Residential.
My "fun" includes:
"Spending time in the outdoors, snow skiing in Mammoth and water skiing throughout Southern California with my family and friends."
Zack & Niki Von Berg
Mammoth Lakes Team
Zack and Niki Von Berg have been servicing our Mammoth Lakes' homes and properties since 2020. Daughter and son-in-law of Shana Rider, they have one son, one on the way, two fur cats, two fur dogs, and over a dozen chickens.
Our "fun" includes:
"Camping in the Eastern Sierra, attending live music concerts, going to Disneyland, and watching our son learn to love everything related to trucks."
